The fourth inter committee meeting decided that the Chairperson of the current inter committee meeting should report on the implementation of its recommendations at the beginning of the next inter committee meeting, before the election of the Chairperson of that meeting.

The current proposed draft text was forwarded by the second meeting of the Preparatory Committee to the third meeting.
