The Millennium Project report highlighted the problems of sub Saharan Africa and the poverty trap that is, low tax returns, low saving rates and the like.
وفي ظل النمو البطيء، والسيطرة على التضخم، واقتراب أسعار الفائدة القصيرة الأجل من الصفر، والمزيد من التيسير الكمي، فإن أسعار الفائدة الأطول أجلا في أغلب الاقتصادات المتقدمة تظل منخفضة (باستثناء الدول الطرفية في منطقة اليورو، حيث تظل المخاطر السيادية مرتفعة نسبيا). Similarly, the euro must not be allowed to become an Iron Curtain that consigns non members to a high risk zone where investors dare not venture.
