C. Treasury management

The Public Treasury is not a general's pocket.

Seven of the eight recommendations relating to treasury management have been implemented.

Improvement of the management and functioning of public financial administrations (customs, taxes, revenue departments, public land offices) through foreign technical assistance.

Almost all available money in the Turkish Government Treasury was used to purchase new weapons from any available provider in the world.
