The reform agenda of the United Nations is much broader than just Security Council reform.

During the past year, United Nations reform has been high on my agenda.

Reform of the Security Council has been on the agenda of the United Nations for many years.

This is consistent with the general efforts aimed at the reform and revitalization of the General Assembly's agenda.

Other issues, including Security Council reform and counter terrorism, are on the agenda.

The issue of Security Council reform has been on the agenda of the General Assembly for a very long time.

We have to build on that to ensure the reform of Bretton Woods institutions and the restoration of the central role of the United Nations in setting the international economic agenda.

The proposals to reform the Security Council have clearly caused a great deal of excitement among Member States and the general public, and there is great temptation to put that issue at the top of our agenda.
