In addition to the areas mentioned explicitly in goal 8, the task force considers that the following other areas of development partnerships are relevant to the effective implementation of the right to development and to criteria for periodic evaluation.

Governments also agreed to pursue evaluation studies based on the evaluation framework where appropriate.
