This will maintain the momentum of the political process and ensure that the stipulated timetable in the Global and Inclusive Agreement for completion of the transition and the holding of elections by 30 June 2006 can be met.

60. The Working Group apos s suggestion that a court appoint the prosecutor after consultation with the States concerned is sensible in that it would preserve the independence of the prosecutorial system while giving the States concerned an opportunity to be involved.

The Institute will maintain a continuous dialogue with its member States at the highest level of decision making (heads of Government and ministers of foreign affairs, justice, the interior and health) to mobilize political and material support for its programmes.
