Most other aircraft continue to use the standard coloured roundel.

From 1920 they were replaced with an inverted roundel, from the middle white, blue and red.

Finally, in December 1926 a current roundel of three parts in white, red and blue, was adapted.

In 1920 two Nieuport 80 and one Caudron G.3 were first painted with squadron identification numbers and the Spanish Air Force roundel.
