Unless there is major investment in post disarmament, demobilization and reintegration unless there is bold action to help out development it is obvious that there is a risk of relapsing into crisis.

Any State Member of the United Nations in an exceptionally difficult situation, on the verge of relapsing into conflict, should be able to request, through the Economic and Social Council, the advice of the Peacebuilding Commission if the Security Council is not seized of the situation in question.
