ABC obtains a loan from Lender B to finance the purchase and installation of the conveyor equipment from Vendor C, secured by a security right in the conveyor equipment.

If people want to step off the conveyor belt, they are free to do so.

The phosphates are transported to the coast by an automated conveyor belt, the longest such belt in the world.

Under the purchase agreement with Vendor C, ABC is required to pay the purchase price for the conveyor equipment when it is installed in ABC's plant and rendered operational.

ABC also wishes to purchase certain drill presses (constituting equipment) from Vendor B and certain conveyor equipment from Vendor C. Finally, ABC wishes to lease certain computer equipment from Lessor A.
