Codes at the professional level demonstrate a range of different approaches to the codification process.

Any codification work on the topic therefore called for a thorough analysis of that legislation.

Its function is the promotion of the progressive development of international law and its codification.

The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs provides substantive servicing to the Commission.

The Codification Division provided the substantive services for the Ad Hoc Committee and its Working Group.
