| And ( bethink you of ) the Day when we remove the hills and ye see the earth emerging , and We gather them together so as to leave not one of them behind . | و اذكر يوم ت س ي ر الجبال نذهب بها عن وجه الأرض فتصير هباء منبثا وفي قراءة بالنون وكسر الياء ونصب الجبال وترى الأرض بارزة ظاهرة ليس عليها شيء من جبل ولا غيره وحشرناهم المؤمنين والكافرين فلم نغادر نترك منهم أحدا . |

Aye ! verily He is over everything Potent . | أولم يرو ا يعلموا ، أي منكرو البعث أن الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض ولم ي ع ي بخلقهن لم يعجز عنه بقادر خبر أن وزيدت الباء فيه لأن الكلام في قوة أليس الله بقادر على أن يحيي الموتى بلى هو قادر على إحياء الموتى إنه على كل شيء قدير . |

| Yet if they bethink themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly | فاذا رد وا الى قلوبهم في الارض التي يسبون اليها ورجعوا وتضرعوا اليك في ارض سبيهم قائلين قد اخطأنا وعوجنا واذنبنا |
| Say thou bethink ye of that which Allah hath sent down unto you of provision , and ye have then made thereof allowable and forbidden ? Say thou is it that Allah hath given you leave , or fabricate ye a lie against Allah ? | قل أرأيتم أخبروني ما أنزل الله خلق لكم من رزق فجعلتم منه حراما وحلالا كالبحيرة والسائبة والميتة قل آلله أذن لكم في ذلك بالتحليل والتحريم لا أم بل على الله تفترون تكذبون بنسبة ذلك إليه . |
| Bethink you if I am ( acting ) on clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from Him , who will save me from Allah if I disobey Him ? Ye would add to me naught save perdition . | قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بي نة بيان من ربي وآتاني منه رحمة نبوة فمن ينصرني يمنعني من الله أي عذابه إن عصيته فما تزيدونني بأمركم لي بذلك غير تخسير تضليل . |
| Say thou bethink ye of that which Allah hath sent down unto you of provision , and ye have then made thereof allowable and forbidden ? Say thou is it that Allah hath given you leave , or fabricate ye a lie against Allah ? | قل أيها الرسول لهؤلاء الجاحدين للوحي أخبروني عن هذا الرزق الذي خلقه الله لكم من الحيوان والنبات والخيرات فحل لتم بعض ذلك لأنفسكم وحر متم بعضه ، قل لهم آلله أذن لكم بذلك ، أم تقولون على الله الباطل وتكذبون وإنهم ليقولون على الله الباطل ويكذبون . |
| Bethink you if I am ( acting ) on clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from Him , who will save me from Allah if I disobey Him ? Ye would add to me naught save perdition . | قال صالح لقومه يا قوم أخبروني إن كنت على برهان من الله وآتاني منه النبوة والحكمة ، فمن الذي يدفع عني عقاب الله تعالى إن عصيته فلم أبل غ الرسالة وأنصح لكم فما تزيدونني غير تضليل وإبعاد عن الخير . |
| Yet if they shall bethink themselves in the land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make supplication unto thee in the land of them that carried them captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness | فاذا رد وا الى قلوبهم في الارض التي يسبون اليها ورجعوا وتضرعوا اليك في ارض سبيهم قائلين قد اخطأنا وعوجنا واذنبنا |
| He said bethink ye , O my people ! if I rested upon an evidence from my Lord , and a mercy hath come unto me from Him , and that hath been obscured unto you , Shall we make you adhere to it while ye are averse thereto ? | قال يا قوم أرأيتم أخبروني إن كنت على بينة بيان من ربي وآتاني رحمة نبوة من عنده ف ع ميت خفيت عليكم وفي قراءة بتشديد الميم والبناء للمفعول أن لزم ك موها أنجبركم على قبولها وأنتم لها كارهون لا نقدر على ذلك . |

Ye then increase me not save in loss . | قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بي نة بيان من ربي وآتاني منه رحمة نبوة فمن ينصرني يمنعني من الله أي عذابه إن عصيته فما تزيدونني بأمركم لي بذلك غير تخسير تضليل . |

Bethink you , if I rely on a clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from His presence , and it hath been made obscure to you , can we compel you to accept it when ye are averse thereto ? | قال يا قوم أرأيتم أخبروني إن كنت على بينة بيان من ربي وآتاني رحمة نبوة من عنده ف ع ميت خفيت عليكم وفي قراءة بتشديد الميم والبناء للمفعول أن لزم ك موها أنجبركم على قبولها وأنتم لها كارهون لا نقدر على ذلك . |
| And ( bethink you of ) the day when We raise in every nation a witness against them of their own folk , and We bring thee ( Muhammad ) as a witness against these . And We reveal the Scripture unto thee as an exposition of all things , and a guidance and a mercy and good tidings for those who have surrendered ( to Allah ) . | و اذكر يوم نبعث في كل أمة شهيدا عليهم من أنفسهم وهو نبيهم وجئنا بك يا محمد شهيدا على هؤلاء أي قومك ونزلنا عليك الكتاب القرآن تبيانا بيانا لكل شيء يحتاج إليه الناس من أمر الشريعة وهدى من الضلالة ورحمة وبشرى بالجنة للمسلمين الموحدين . |
