Al Jazeera has reported that the Yemeni government announced only what the US had that al Hanashi had died from asphyxiation.

The complainant's hands were tied behind his back and he was hit in the stomach a hood was put over his head to induce a feeling of asphyxiation.

The dust frenzy covers Lebanon, where at least five people were killed and 750 treated in hospital for asphyxiation, Syria, Palestine, Israel, Jordan and parts of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Turkey and Cyprus.

In the Committee's view, the resulting lack of appropriate skills and leadership in the youth in the years to come is a matter of great concern and could contribute to the slow asphyxiation of Palestine.
