It is time that we began to hold some common ground and use it as a beachhead from which to launch our drive for progress.

Some of our Arabic names are translations of Christian and Jewish names, such as Yousef (Joseph) and Dawood (David), which are the names of the Prophets of Bani Israel and which we use as Muslims.

And it's something we often talk about with the kids when we're fooling around with things and breaking them open and taking them apart and using them for other things and also when we go out and drive a car.

Or we don't know if that fabric is a technological or manufacturing nutrient it can be reused or does it just end up at landfill? In other words, we're oblivious to the ecological and public health and social and economic justice consequences of the things we buy and use.
