It is now up to the Member States to respond by supporting the proposals and delivering the commitments.

That landmark resolution is a challenge to us all, for it requires a fundamental change in procedure, delivery, attitudes and habits.

Eliminating poverty and keeping the pledge of quality education for all comes down to a single question.
