Data security means protecting data, such as a database, from destructive forces, and from the unwanted actions of unauthorized users.

The operation was coordinated on the Croatian side by a very limited number of highly motivated, highly professional individuals under the leadership of the State Prosecutor, who had received proper, strong backing from the political leadership. They were entitled to instruct all relevant services.
