30. We recognise that the continuing high oil prices pose a major economic challenge to many developing countries in reaching MDGs targets.

In that regard, some delegations referred to the possibility of assistance being provided through the United Nations University Fisheries Training Programme, the Assistance Fund under Part VII of the Agreement, the World Bank PROFISH programme and official development assistance.
