The Committee urges the State party to accord priority attention to the adoption of a comprehensive approach to address violence against women and girls, taking into account its general recommendation 19 on violence against women.

(f) Integrate socially excluded groups into the labour market, establishing adequate protection mechanisms against income insecurity and overcoming discrimination and barriers to employment, particularly against women and girls
