But let's use it consciously. Like why have games that you can lose?

In this second, consciously or unconsciously, the minute you decide to focus on something you've got to give it a meaning, and whatever that meaning is produces emotion.

And finally, some people say, well, you know, I don't feel like a bunch of cells, you know. I'm conscious.

I am fully aware of the importance of the discussion that we are having today and fully aware of past practices.

It's also used in more conventional settings and can be used more consciously in conventional settings.

And this is a pretty well educated audience, so I imagine you all know something about AIDS.

But this is sort of the important stages in which that framework will get built, and so we want to all be thinking about it consciously now.

When I'm sitting in a submersible though, I know that I'm not unobtrusive at all I've got bright lights and noisy thrusters any animal with any sense is going to be long gone.

And if any of you were alert and coherent during the 1960s and we'd forgive you, if you weren't, OK you would remember this very famous picture taken by the Apollo 8 astronauts in 1968.

And so that's what I want to talk about for game dynamics, because construction has just begun, and the more consciously we can think about this, the better we'll be able to use it for anything that we want.

One of my favorite is that people named Dennis are disproportionately likely to become dentists, people named Lawrence become lawyers, because unconsciously we gravitate toward things that sound familiar, which is why I named my daughter President of the United States Brooks.

And so it's incredibly critical that at this moment, while it's just getting constructed, while the frameworks like Facebook, like the Open Graph, are being created for the game layer equivalent, that we think about it very consciously, and that we do it in a way that is open, that is available, and that can be leveraged for good.
