You asked us to restructure our economies.

But as they destroy, we rebuild.

We need to look carefully at our zero tolerance policies.

The time has come to rethink this notion.

We must reassert our common humanity and our common universal values.

As we have continually reiterated, its policy must include three elements.

We need to redefine what makes us secure in this world.

In such an environment, can public ethics be revived?

We need to restore order to international financial markets.

But we do need to examine the nature, depth, and breadth of relations with Russia.

We need to get back to that sense of playfulness and joyfulness and, I would say, nakedness, that has made the Tarahumara one of the healthiest and serene cultures in our time.

So, what do we architects need to do? We need to stitch back creation and execution.

We must therefore restore to the Assembly a central place in our multilateral system.

In the longer term, we should revisit the idea of joint Eurobonds.

Of course, it is pointless at this stage to re examine that tragic folly.

It is right that, on this occasion, we rededicate ourselves to the pursuit of that objective.

In Uganda's view, such a declaration would be unnecessary.

We recall that the Working Group provided clarification regarding the meanings of interactive applications .

The question is, how do we get these resources back to work?

Finally, we must reorganize ourselves to sustain such a course.

As we restructure the Security Council, we should ensure that we retain the delicate balance between the two organs.

This brings me to my third point we must reconceptualize the meaning of market risk.
