Consideration has also been given to enhancing the abilities of our current legal staff through continued careful organization of the teams assigned to cases and further development of their legal research and writing skills.

For example, we actually started asking our employees, do they understand the mission of our company, and do they feel like they believe in it, can they actually influence it, and do they feel that their work actually has an impact on it?

Considerable visible progress has already been achieved in developing an integrated system wide security management system that ensures consistency, efficiency and effectiveness in safeguarding our staff so that they can continue their vital tasks worldwide.
