5 We call on all Muslims in our country to look after their brothers amongst those living in the border areas who have left their homes because of this criminal aggression.

The question is, will this provision prompt parents of victims of street harassment to arrange their marriage early by exploiting its loopholes? When it is required to console and motivate the victims of street or sexual harassment, if they are married off early, how can we achieve gender equality?
