As we have heard it expressed this evening, we find that anti Palestinian position very unfortunate.

The Security Council adopted another deplorable resolution (resolution 1640 (2005)) yesterday on the border conflict between Eritrea and Ethiopia.

But it sort of creates this unfortunate situation where a tiny, tiny fraction of the world can actually participate in this exploration or can benefit from that technology.
