The building became fully leased on September 2011 when MSCI Inc. was reported to have leased a 125,000 square foot space on the top floor.

In each of the above four cases, the acquisitions are made possible by means of acquisition financing provided by another person (seller, lender or financial lessor) who holds rights in the acquired property for the purpose of securing the acquisition financing granted.
