International Federation of Commercial, Clerical, Professional and Technical Employees

The additional requirements were attributable mainly to higher than budgeted actual average payments for salaries and common staff costs to local staff during the 12 month period.

The amendments introduced in staff rule 107.03 and appendices F and G to the staff rules are contained in annex V to the present document.

The higher requirement under common staff costs is attributable to service and family allowances being charged to common staff costs but budgeted under international staff salaries, combined with a higher percentage of international staff holding 100 series appointments.

New profile for security professionals

Such leave, referred to in the Staff Regulations and the Staff Rules as home leave, is granted to eligible staff members for the purpose of enabling them to maintain effective association with the culture of their home country, to keep up their professional interests and to renew their family and personal ties therein.

(c) The liaison offices would be able to follow up on the submission of financial disclosure forms for staff at other duty stations and provide advice and guidance to staff in filling out the forms.
