Having remained latent for a number of years, it is now being transformed at a high speed into a real alternative to, or a replacement for, the United Nations in the medium term, or a Trojan horse designed to split the Non Aligned Movement and the Group of 77 and China, which, as everyone knows, represent the majority of the States and peoples in the Assembly.
