These actions include keeping formal statements and presentations to a minimum to allow for interactive dialogue among participants, and having more details on the content of interactive sessions ahead of time to enable participants to prepare accordingly.

Another representative said that the European Community's proposal raised logistical issues, and a number of representatives said that that they would be willing to work with the European Community intersessionally to revise its proposal.
