Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind ,

Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly , I surely am the Oft Forgiving , the Most Merciful .

Tell My servants I am the All forgiving , the All compassionate ,

Declare thou unto My bondmen verily I ! I am the Forgiver , the Merciful .

Declare ( O Muhammad SAW ) unto My slaves , that truly , I am the Oft Forgiving , the Most Merciful .

Inform My servants that I am the Forgiver , the Merciful .

( O Prophet ) , declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving , Most Merciful .

Announce , ( O Muhammad ) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving , the Merciful ,

Inform my servants that I am indeed the All forgiving , the All merciful ,

Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving , the Most Merciful ,

O Muhammad , inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving , the Merciful .

( Muhammad ) , tell My servants that I am All forgiving and All merciful

Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving , the Merciful ,

Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving , the Merciful One ,

Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft forgiving , Most Merciful

10. Mr. OBADI (Yemen) said he did not have the Arabic versions of chapter III and of the annex.

You will surely have no power over My devotees Your Lord is sufficient as their protector .

Indeed My bondmen you do not have any power over them and your Lord is Sufficient as a Trustee . ( The chosen virtuous bondmen )

' Surely over My servants thou shalt have no authority . ' Thy Lord suffices as a guardian .

Verily My bondmen over them thou hast no authority and thy Lord sufficeth as a Trustee .

My slaves ( i.e. the true believers of Islamic Monotheism ) , you have no authority over them . And All Sufficient is your Lord as a Guardian .

As for My devotees , you have no authority over them . Your Lord is an adequate Guardian .

but know well that you will have no power against My servants . Your Lord suffices for them to place their trust in .

Lo ! My ( faithful ) bondmen over them thou hast no power , and thy Lord sufficeth as ( their ) guardian .

As for My servants , you shall have no authority over them . And your Lord suffices as trustee .

' Over My worshipers you shall have no authority ' Your Lord is their Sufficing Guardian .
