HRD, OHCHR and UNDP and the Ministry for Human Rights have already initiated discussions with regard to the establishment of a national independent human rights commission.

Comment by the Administration. The ICT security, business continuity and emergency preparedness policy has been reviewed by an independent external consulting firm, in the context of the ISO 17799 compliance project which is in progress in the Information Technology Services Division.
