The League has prepared a document on that subject that will be transmitted to the Counter Terrorism Committee.

The list of the death sentences that had been handed down would be transmitted to the Committee at a later stage.

Should there be prima facie evidence of a criminal offence, the case would be referred to the Assizes.

The Chairman proposed that the Committee should accept the credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Secretary General apos s memorandum, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4 of the memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary General as soon as possible.
