At the 3rd meeting, the Chair invited Mr. Philip Gwage (Uganda), who chaired the pre sessional meeting of capacity building practitioners, held in Buenos Aires on 3 December, to make an oral report of that event.

At its thirty eighth session, the Commission will hear an oral report from the Secretariat on the results of the intergovernmental expert group meeting that was held from 17 to 18 March 2005 by UNODC.
