It's almost morning.

An era of cooperation and understanding has dawned.

Suddenly the whole thing dawned on me.

The new world order broke suddenly upon the world.

Because that had not yet been done.

But the day of Israel has hardly dawned.

A new era dawned, starting in the East, where communism crumbled.

This awareness has emerged among and within Governments as they have addressed environmental problems singly, bilaterally, regionally and globally.

It wasn't until years later, looking back on this whole age of reason, change of birthday thing, that it dawned on me

Future generations will remember the year 1945 as the dawn of an era founded on the promise of the United Nations.

With the ending of the cold war, a new era has dawned in the United Nations.

From the dawn of independence in 1948 until the advent of the present Government, the resultant insurgencies of varying ideologies and affiliations convulsed the nation.

While some old contradictions persist and new ones appear, some unexpected bright areas have also dawned.

That began to change in 2002, when an era of political stability dawned, giving rise to a vision for a stronger Turkey and a firm commitment to realizing that vision.

In view of the above, a growing world consensus has emerged that the principles and foundations of public administration and governance must reflect the new local, national and global contexts.

The historical context of the creation of our current international order, with its mechanisms and institutions, is a part of a world different from that of today. That world preceded both the cold war and subsequent events, developments and changes in regional and international arenas.

As the apartheid system that sponsored and fanned destabilization in the entire region, causing havoc and destruction and spawning waves of refugees and displaced persons, has finally been done away with the time for reconstruction and economic cooperation in the region has finally dawned.

In South Africa, national peace and reconciliation in a regime of democracy emerged victorious after decades of struggle, led by the United Nations, against apartheid and on behalf of human dignity, racial equality, majority rule and political pluralism.

In that regard, my country wishes to reaffirm its enduring commitment to finding a solution to the economic problems of Nicaragua and its readiness to continue cooperating in the areas open to it with a view to helping in the reconstruction of the country so as to promote the consolidation of the atmosphere of peace and détente that has emerged in the region since the coming of democracy.
