In June, UNDP co chaired the Ministerial Conference on the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Cambodia, held in Tokyo and played a leading role in preparing a background document jointly with the Asian Development Bank (AsDB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank.

The Committee points out that the substantial savings under infrastructure repairs ( 13.1 million, or 72 per cent) need to be specified in connection with the actual disbursements from the pledges received from donors at the Ministerial Conference on the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Cambodia.
