4.1 The Office of the Executive Secretary is headed by the Principal Officer.

6.1 The Least Developed Countries Coordination Unit is attached to the Office of the Executive Secretary and is headed by a Chief who is accountable to the Principal Officer.

The Executive Director shall be the chief administrative officer of the Organization and shall be responsible to the Council for the administration and operation of this Agreement in accordance with decisions of the Council.

It should be recalled that the Executive Office has only two staff members at the Professional level the Executive Officer and an Administrative Officer (Human Resources Officer) to carry out administrative duties and budgetary and finance functions for the Fund's secretariat and for the Investment Management Service.

5.1 The Deputy Executive Secretary is accountable to the Executive Secretary.
