Administrative instruction ST AI 2004 3, concerning the financial responsibility of staff members for gross negligence, has been posted on the Intranet and a lunchtime learning seminar will be held on the subject in the third quarter of 2005.

The additional requirements were attributable mainly to higher than budgeted actual average payments for salaries and common staff costs to local staff during the 12 month period.
