In order to prevent Casinos offering an attractive venue for laundering illegal proceeds, as well as a possible source for financing terrorist activities, Seychelles is contemplating an amendment to the Exchange control Act in order to have a foreigner to declare the amount of foreign exchange in his possession at the point of entry.
