(d) Secured creditor means a creditor that has a security right.

The United States is aware of the credits due, and once it provides directions, the credit balance can and shall be applied accordingly.

Net contributors would be locked into a relationship with the markets a convincing creditor.

(c) Transfer of control to the secured creditor if the encumbered assets are certain intangible obligations, other than receivables, owing to the grantor by a third person a bank account

If the secured creditor and the depositary institution are the same person, the law should provide that the secured creditor automatically has control upon the creation of the security right.

One such concern is that providing a creditor with a priority claim to all or substantially all of a person's assets may appear to limit the ability of that person to obtain financing from other sources.

After initial dislocations, the eventual outcome would fulfill John Maynard Keynes dream of an international currency system in which both creditors and debtors share responsibility for maintaining stability.

And now, with the German government, as chief creditor, calling the shots on cross border transfers to weaker eurozone countries, all such transfers are conditional on austerity (that is, internal devaluation).

A security right will have little or no value to a creditor unless the creditor is able to ascertain, at the time a transaction takes place, its priority in the property relative to other creditors (including an insolvency representative).

If a homeowner stops making mortgage payments, the creditor can take the property but cannot take other assets or a fraction of wages.

For individuals with high monthly mortgage payments relative to their disposable income, the US government will share with the creditor bank the cost of reducing the monthly payment to 31 of disposable income.

The law should provide that the right of a buyer of goods is subject to a security right that has become effective against third parties before the sale, unless the secured creditor authorized the sale.

(jj) Non possessory security right means a security right in (i) tangibles that are not in the actual possession of the secured creditor or another person holding the tangibles for the benefit of the secured creditor, or (ii) intangibles.

For the first commitment period, debits resulting from harvesting during the first commitment period following afforestation and reforestation since 1990 shall not be greater than credits accounted for on that unit of land.
