I'll leave you with what I call the baker's blessing.

In other words, personality and character's being developed in this dough under the watchful gaze of the baker.

So a baker, and a good baker, knows how to pull or draw forth the inherent sugar trapped in the starch.

They are all adulterers. They are burning like an oven that the baker stops stirring, from the kneading of the dough, until it is leavened.

And the baker's choices all along the way determine the outcome of the product.
