The law allows unsuccessful tenderers to request information on the reasons for which their tender was unsuccessful as well as on the characteristics and advantages of the successful tender immediately after publication of the name of the successful tenderer.

The arguments are gaining acceptance.

But, from a European perspective, the arguments in favor of Palestine s bid carry greater weight than the arguments against it.
