Approves the staffing table of the Convention secretariat for the operational budget for 2006 as contained in table 3 of the present decision

The scheduling of the pilot testing and the liaison with participating administrators will be undertaken by the service desk of the operator, under the management of the ITL administrator.

As stated above, the development schedule set out in the RFP calls for an early version of the ITL to be released and deployed in the data centre of the operator by 31 August 2006.
