Japanese people like to eat tuna.

We go in the tanks with the tuna we touch their naked skin it's pretty amazing. It feels wonderful.

We can't see the corridors, and we can't see what it is that brings together a tuna, a leatherback and an albatross.

HC So the key thing to remember here is, we don't really care what this tuna really is.

Long line fishing of tuna is also viable with foreign vessels from China operated in the 1990s.

And for the first time, we're able to watch the journey of a tuna beneath the ocean using light and photons to measure sunrise and sunset.

So after we do that, we put it into a vacuum bag, add a little bit of seaweed, some spices, and we roll it, and this starts taking on the appearance of tuna.

BR And then after a quick dip into some liquid nitrogen to get that perfect sear, we really have something that looks, tastes and behaves like the real thing.

BR So you see us here cutting up some watermelon.
