Coolant level indicator

Before attaching the Coolant Level Sensor to the Coolant Tank, check that it shows the correct

Attach the three quarter inch Coolant Line from the Coolant Manifold to the standard Coolant Pump

To clear the coolant tank

Before attaching the coolant level sensor to the coolant tank check that it registers the correct empty, 1 2 full, and full positions on the Current Commands page

Remove the cover from the coolant level sensor jack, insert the connector, and re install the cover cap

Install the Coolant Tank Handle onto the Tank

Now is a good time to install the Coolant Tank and its related components

Once the Coolant Tank is full operate the Coolant System to check that none of the connections just made are leaking

First, the Machine is set to the correct height to clear the Coolant Tank

First, the machine is positioned at the correct height above the coolant tank

When the coolant tank is full, run each part of the coolant system to check that none of the connections are leaking

Connect the electrical cord from the standard Coolant Pump to the receptacle labeled Coolant

Connect both coolant pump power cables as well as the power cable for the chip conveyor

lower end of the machine to maintain clearance to the coolant tank

The leveling procedure has three steps first, set the machine at the correct height to accommodate the coolant tank second, rough level front to back and side to side to promote proper coolant flow and finally, remove any twist in the base casting so the machine will cut accurately

Make sure the machine is high enough off the ground to clear the coolant tank

While waiting for the customer to fill the Coolant Tank it's a good time to re check the incoming voltages for fluctuations

With the rear side enclosure panels installed remove the brackets from side of the machine and the coolant tank area

Move to the coolant pump area and attach the wash down hose assembly to the mounting point on the coolant manifold

While you are waiting for the customer to fill the coolant tank it is a good time to re check the incoming voltages for fluctuations

When all Pump connections are complete ask the customer to fill the Coolant Tank so the system can be tested for leaks

With the Chip Tray, Tank Lid, Gate Filter, and Standard Coolant Pump in place we are ready to make connections to the Machine

Refrigerator trucks can be ice cooled, equipped with any one of a variety of mechanical refrigeration systems powered by small displacement diesel engines, or utilize carbon dioxide (either as dry ice or in liquid form) as a cooling agent.

When all coolant pump connections are complete ask the customer to fill the coolant tank so the connections that were just made can be tested for leaks

Because your fuel is liquid, and it's combined with your coolant, you could actually just drain the core into what's called a sub critical setting, basically a tank underneath the reactor that has some neutrons absorbers.
