Financial considerations

Included is new draft text for three previously blank sections principles and approaches financial considerations and implementation and taking stock of progress.

However, when used in an artistic sense it means the use of this activity in combination with drawing, composition and other aesthetic considerations in order to manifest the expressive and conceptual intention of the practitioner.

The new texts draw on the studies on financial considerations and on principles and approaches requested by the Committee at its second session, and on a synthesis of the large number of proposals made intersessionally on the subject of implementation and taking stock of progress.
