An enhanced system of cooperation and assistance at bilateral, regional and international level aimed at assisting the States Parties in the fulfillment of their obligations in respect to MOTAPM shall be established.

We support the Secretary General's proposals for administrative reforms.

All MOTAPM minefields should be marked and fenced as early as possible after conflict so as to ensure the effective exclusion of civilians and humanitarian personnel and vehicles from the area.

Revised Proposals of the Director General
