The decisions adopted will be instrumental in defining specific measures to enhance its effectiveness.

My greatest desire as Head of State is to establish the democratic system once and for all in my country.

So part of my thinking, and part of my wishes, is sitting with these thoughts in mind, and thinking about,

Already GVO has greatly exceeded my hopes so I can only hope that it continues to exceed my hopes.

To that end, I express my most sincere wishes to you, Sir, to the Secretary General and to all colleagues, diplomats and officials who believe in the ideals of the United Nations.

On my wish list, at least, would be much longer, healthier lives, greater subjective well being, enhanced cognitive capacities, more knowledge and understanding, unlimited opportunity for personal growth beyond our current biological limits, better relationships, an unbounded potential for spiritual, moral and intellectual development.

So part of my thinking, and part of my wishes, is sitting with these thoughts in mind, and thinking about, How is their life going to be when they want to have children, or when they're ready to get married 20 years from now or whatever, 15 years from now?
