I have nothing against big box stores.

I am not arguing against healthcare capitalism, but warning that support will become fragile, far more so than for, say, globalization nowadays. Most countries rely far too much on command and control, and provide far too few incentives for patients and providers to make efficient choices.

Then again, if voters want the government to continue to search travelers, I do not object (especially if I can pay a little money and sacrifice a little privacy to go through an expedited preferred traveler lane).
