By fulfilling our obligations in the area of human rights, security and social and economic development, as reflected in the Charter of the United Nations and other fundamental documents of the Organization, we will be able to immortalize and fully honour those who sacrificed their lives in the interests of peace, freedom and human dignity for future generations.
