All Federal indictable offences are money laundering predicate offences.

Article 6, paragraph 2 (e), allows States parties, when required by the fundamental principles of their domestic law, to provide that an offender may not be prosecuted and punished for both the predicate offence and the laundering of proceeds from that offence.
