قال رب اغفر لي وهب لي ملكا لا ينبغي لا يكون لأحد من بعدي أي سواي نحو ( فمن يهديه من بعد الله ) أي سوى الله إنك أنت الوهاب .
Said Allah , Therefore go down from here it does not befit you to stay here and be proud exit , you are of the degraded .
قال فاهبط منها أي من الجنة وقيل من السماوات فما يكون ينبغي لك أن تتكب ر فيها فاخرج منها إن ك من الصاغرين الذليلين .

قال الله لإبليس فاهبط من الجنة ، فما يصح لك أن تتكبر فيها ، فاخرج من الجنة ، إنك من الذليلين الحقيرين .
He answered , It does not befit me to prostrate myself to a human whom You have created from sounding clay made out of black smelly mud .
قال لم أكن لأسجد لا ينبغي لي أن أسجد لبشر خلقته من صلصال من حمأ مسنون .
He said , My Lord ! Forgive me and bestow upon me a kingdom , which shall not befit anyone after me indeed only You are the Great Bestower .
قال رب اغفر لي وهب لي ملكا لا ينبغي لا يكون لأحد من بعدي أي سواي نحو ( فمن يهديه من بعد الله ) أي سوى الله إنك أنت الوهاب .

قال فاهبط منها أي من الجنة وقيل من السماوات فما يكون ينبغي لك أن تتكب ر فيها فاخرج منها إن ك من الصاغرين الذليلين .

ما كان لله أن يتخذ من ولد سبحانه تنزيها له عن ذلك إذا قضى أمرا أي أراد أن يحدثه فإنما يقول له كن في فيكون بالرفع بتقدير هو ، وبالنصب بتقدير أن ومن ذلك خلق عيسى من غير أب .

ما كان لله تعالى ولا يليق به أن يتخذ م ن عباده وخ ل قه ولد ا ، تنز ه وتقد س عن ذلك ، إذا قضى أمر ا من الأمور وأراده ، صغير ا أو كبير ا ، لم يمتنع عليه ، وإنما يقول له كن ، فيكون كما شاءه وأراده .
Neither did I make them witness the creations of the heavens and the earth , nor witness their own creation nor does it befit My Majesty to choose misleaders as aides .
ما أشهدتهم أي إبليس وذريته خلق السماوات والأرض ولا خلق أنفسهم أي لم أحضر بعضهم خلق بعض وما كنت متخذ المضلين الشياطين عضدا أعوانا في الخلق ، فكيف تطيعونهم .
And it does not befit Allah s Majesty to send a nation astray after He has guided them until He has made clear to them what they should avoid indeed Allah knows everything .
وما كان الله ليضل قوما بعد إذ هداهم للإسلام حتى يبين لهم ما يتقون من العمل فلا يتقوه فيستحقوا الإضلال إن الله بكل شيء عليم ومنه مستحق الإضلال والهداية .
And We have not taught him ( Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him ) to recite poetry , nor does it befit him it is nothing but an advice and the bright Qur an .
وما علمناه أي النبي الشعر رد لقولهم إن ما أتى به من القرآن شعر وما ينبغي يسهل له الشعر إن هو ليس الذي أتى به إلا ذكر عظة وقرآن مبين مظهر للأحكام وغيرها .

وما كان الله ليضل قوم ا بعد أن م ن عليهم بالهداية والتوفيق حتى يبي ن لهم ما يتقونه به ، وما يحتاجون إليه في أصول الدين وفروعه . إن الله بكل شيء عليم ، فقد عل مكم ما لم تكونوا تعلمون ، وبي ن لكم ما به تنتفعون ، وأقام الحجة عليكم بإبلاغكم رسالته .
It does not befit the polytheists to assemble in Allah s mosques after themselves bearing witness of their disbelief in fact all their deeds are wasted and they will remain in the fire forever .
ما كان للمشركين أن يعم روا م س ج د الله بالإفراد والجمع بدخوله والقعود فيه شاهدين على أنفسهم بالكفر أولئك حبطت بطلت أعمالهم لعدم شرطها وفي النار هم خالدون .
And why was it not that , when you heard it , you would have said , It does not befit us to speak regarding this Purity is to You , O Allah this is a great accusation .
ولولا هلا إذ حين سمعتموه قلتم ما يكون ما ينبغي لنا أن نتكلم بهذا سبحانك هو للتعجيب هنا هذا بهتان كذب عظيم .

ليس من شأن المشركين إعمار بيوت الله ، وهم يعلنون كفرهم بالله ويجعلون له شركاء . هؤلاء المشركون بطلت أعمالهم يوم القيامة ، ومصيرهم الخلود في النار .

وهلا قلتم عند سماعكم إياه ما ي ح ل لنا الكلام بهذا الكذب ، تنزيه ا لك يارب م ن قول ذلك على زوجة رسولك محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فهو كذب عظيم في الوزر واستحقاق الذنب .
It does not befit the Prophet and those who believe , to pray for the forgiveness of polytheists even if they may be their relatives , after it has become clear to them that they are the people of hell .
ونزل في استغفاره صلى الله عليه وسلم لعمه أبي طالب واستغفار بعض الصحابة لأبويه المشركين ( ما كان للنبي والذين آمنوا أن يستغفروا للمشركين ولو كانوا أولي قربى ) ذوي قرابة ( من بعد ما تبين لهم أنهم أصحاب الجحيم ) النار ، بأن ماتوا على الكفر .
It does not befit any Prophet to capture the disbelievers alive until he has profusely shed their blood in the land you people desire the wealth of this world and Allah wills the Hereafter , and Allah is Almighty , Wise .
لا ينبغي لنبي أن يكون له أسرى م ن أعدائه حتى يبالغ في القتل لإدخال الرعب في قلوبهم ويوطد دعائم الدين ، تريدون يا معشر المسلمين بأخذكم الفداء من أسرى بدر متاع الدنيا ، والله يريد إظهار دينه الذي به تدرك الآخرة . والله عزيز لا ي ق هر ، حكيم في شرعه .

2 فتح حوار مباشر و جاد مع السلطات العليا للبلد لوضع حد نهائي لمعاناة مواطني أحياء الترحيل( الجديدة و أحزمة البؤس) بحيث يضمن تسوية موضوعية للسكن و التموين تليق بالمدينة كعاصمة اقتصادية و قطب للتنمية.
It does not befit a man that Allah should grant him His Book and sound judgement and prophet hood , and thereafter he should say to men ' Become servants to me apart from Allah . ' He would rather say ' Become dedicated men of Allah , in accord with the dictates of the Book you have been teaching and studying . '
ما ينبغي لأحد من البشر أن ي نز ل الله عليه كتابه ويجعله حكم ا بين خلقه ويختاره نبيا ، ثم يقول للناس اعبدوني من دون الله ، ولكن يقول كونوا حكماء فقهاء علماء بما كنتم ت ع ل مونه غيركم من وحي الله تعالى ، وبما تدرسونه منه حفظ ا وعلم ا وفقه ا .
