They were those who , when it was said to them , There is no god but God , behaved with insolence ,

Indeed , when it was said to them , There is no God except Allah , they were haughty .

for when it was said to them , ' There is no god but God , ' they were ever waxing proud ,

Verily when it was said Unto them there is no god but Allah , they ever grew stiff necked .

Truly , when it was said to them La ilaha ill Allah ( none has the right to be worshipped but Allah ) , they puffed themselves up with pride ( i.e. denied it ) .

When it was said to them , There is no god except God , they grew arrogant .

Whenever it was said to them There is no true deity apart from Allah , they waxed proud

For when it was said unto them , There is no Allah save Allah , they were scornful

Indeed , it was they who , when they were told , There is no god except Allah , used to be disdainful ,

For when it was said to them ' There is no god except Allah ' they were always proud

Indeed they , when it was said to them , There is no deity but Allah , were arrogant

They were the ones , who on being told , God is only One , become puffed up with pride

Surely they used to behave proudly when it was said to them There is no god but Allah

When they were told , There is no deity but God , they turned away with disdain ,

For they , when they were told that there is no god except Allah , would puff themselves up with Pride ,

They have fear of God for His power over them , and act as commanded .

Whosoever is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him and those who are near Him do not disdain to worship Him or weary ( of His service ) ,

They bear upon themselves the fear of their Lord , and do only what they are commanded .

And to Him only belong all those who are in the heavens and in the earth and those with Him are not conceited towards worshipping Him , nor do they tire .

they fear their Lord above them , and they do what they are commanded .

To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and the earth and those who are with Him wax not too proud to do Him service neither grow weary ,

They fear their Lord above them and do that which they are commanded .

And His is whosoever is in the heavens and the earth and those nigh unto Him are not too stiff necked for His worship nor are they weary .

They fear their Lord above them , and they do what they are commanded .

To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and on earth . And those who are near Him ( i.e. the angels ) are not too proud to worship Him , nor are they weary ( of His worship ) .

To Him belongs everyone in the heavens and the earth . Those near Him are not too proud to worship Him , nor do they waver .

They hold their Lord , Who is above them , in fear , and do as they are bidden .

To Him belongs whosoever dwells in the heavens and on earth . Those ( angels ) that are with Him neither disdain to serve Him out of pride , nor do they weary of it .

They fear their Lord above them , and do what they are bidden .

Unto Him belongeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth . And those who dwell in His presence are not too proud to worship Him , nor do they weary

They fear their Lord above them , and do what they are commanded .

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth , and those who are near Him do not disdain to worship Him , nor do they become weary .

they fear their Lord from above them and do as they are commanded .

To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and the earth . Those who are with Him are not too proud to worship Him , nor are they ever wearied .

To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth . And those near Him are not prevented by arrogance from His worship , nor do they tire .

They ( angels ) have fear of their Lord above them and fulfill His commands .

To Him belongs all those who are in the heavens and the earth . Those who are closer to Him are not too proud to worship Him , nor do they get tired of worshipping .

They fear their Lord above them and do what they are commanded .

And whoever is in the heavens and the earth is His and those who are with Him are not proud to serve Him , nor do they grow weary .

they fear their Lord above them , and do what they are commanded .

To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and on the earth and those that are with Him are never too proud to worship Him , nor do they grow weary

They all revere their Lord , high above them , and they do all that they are commanded .

To Him belong all ( creatures ) in the heavens and on earth Even those who are in His ( very ) Presence are not too proud to serve Him , nor are they ( ever ) weary ( of His service )

Verily those who are in the presence of your Lord are never too proud to worship and celebrate His praises , and bow in homage to Him ' .

Your Lord has said Call to Me that I may answer your call . Surely those who disdain worshipping Me will enter Hell , disgraced .
