In addition, the Division is responsible for the management of commercial related activities at Headquarters and the coordination of special events and the mail and pouch operations.

Other pro revolution figures secured several cabinet portfolios as well education, legal and parliamentary affairs, industry and foreign trade, and most importantly, the justice ministry.

It is also responsible for taking action in the operational framework of the secretariat, including communication (telephone, fax, postage, pouch), rental and maintenance of office premises, supplies and materials and replacement of office equipment.

(c) Provision is also made for the lease of photocopiers ( 53,800), external printing ( 50,000), freight, mail and pouch services ( 171,900), which includes the costs of stuffing and mailing approximately 400,000 documents per biennium, and off site storage of documents ( 65,000).
